The Phoenix Suns player found himself at the center of chatter when users online began speculating that he was the subject of an anonymous hair-cutting app video, which was captioned, “Video of alleged NBA star getting his hair cut goes viral.”
To set the record straight, Devin tweeted the original video on April 8, adding: “You ruined me lol.”
His fans were quick to support Devin, and expressed their admiration for the way he highlighted the situation.
One user tweeted: “My glorious king, we all know that’s not you,” while another added: “This is the funniest thing you’ve ever tweeted.”
A third tweeted in response, saying: “This made me cry at the end.”
In the original clip, an unidentified man allegedly appears no Devin – He can be seen in the barber shop with his face covered. The barber then carefully shaves the top portion of remaining hair from the man’s head before applying the wig, creating a dramatic before-and-after look.
