Dell says remote employees will not be considered for the new roles

Dell introduced a return-to-office mandate in February that gives remote workers negative consequences for working from home, according to a new report from Dell. Interested in trade.

Dell’s BI source pulled data on the composition of remote teams and found that affected remote employees were “predominantly women.”

The source said: “On the surface, this new policy seems remotely anti-feminist, but in reality it will be anti-women.”
