A San Francisco judge has ruled that Apple must face a lawsuit accusing the company of negligence regarding potential stalking risks created by its AirTags. Reports. While the bulk of the roughly three dozen class action claims were dismissed, U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria rejected Apple’s attempt to dismiss the lawsuit based on the claims of three plaintiffs who claimed that “when they were pursued, problems occurred with the safety features of… AirTag is large, and these safety defects caused their injuries.
