It’s the most wonderful time of the year for college basketball fans: March Madness. On Sunday, 68 teams were announced by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). What is the timeline for March Madness 2024?
The history of this tournament dates back to 1939 But it has undergone many changes over the years.
On the men’s side, March Madness 2024 kicks off today with two First Four matches in Dayton, Ohio. The women start tomorrow. The top four consists of the four lowest-seeded automatic qualifiers and the four lowest-seeded overall teams.
Once the final 64 teams are determined, the next round of men’s matches will be held on March 21 and 22, followed by the women’s on March 22 and 23.
The women’s championship game will be played on Sunday, April 7 at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, while the men’s game will be played on Monday, April 8 at State Farm Arena in Phoenix.

Who are your favorite teams?
