Martha Stewart leaves the internet baffled after dinner

Martha Stewart is no stranger to controversy and raising eyebrows, but her latest Instagram post has many people confused and calling into question her culinary taste.

on Instagram On Wednesday, Stewart posted photos of a meal she had at the newly opened Maison Barnes restaurant, which is attached to the upscale Cafe Boulud on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

The lifestyle expert ate a variety of dishes, including pies, salads, vegetables and desserts, most notably “roast chicken and lobster.” The land and sea narrative had the 82-year-old’s followers reeling.

In the first photo she posted, the dish shows a whole chicken placed inside a lobster to prepare what many of her fans have begun calling “chobster.”

Naturally, the unusual photo sparked a lot of chatter, trying to figure out exactly what Stewart was eating and how.

“This is a lobster,” one commenter wrote.

“Martha what in the new hell,” another joked.

Stewart didn’t seem bothered, didn’t think twice about what the dish looked like, and barely ate it at the caption.

“The wine list is sophisticated and excellent and the service is delightful. I can’t wait to come back,” she wrote nonchalantly.

The establishment does not list its menu online, and Café Boulud did not immediately respond contractorAsked for comment on what exactly a “chobster” is.
