Rapper and his son Christian “The King” Combs Defendants have been named in a new lawsuit that alleges Christian, 26, sexually assaulted a woman working on a yacht Diddy chartered in December 2022.
In court documents obtained by E! News April 5, a woman named Grace Omarkay She said the charter was “sold as a healthy family trip” but quickly turned into a “fun environment” that left her suffering emotional distress and physical bruising.
As part of her lawsuit, Grace accused Diddy, 54, of “clearly failing to ensure a safe environment on the yacht” because he was the person responsible for the charter.
Grace said in the filing that she was working as a stewardess on the boat when Christian came on board “extremely intoxicated.” Her lawsuit alleged that he began paying an “inappropriate” amount of attention to her upon his arrival, before pressuring her to drink alcohol which she suspected was laced with drugs.
