JT and GloRilla are taking issue after City Girl denies that she got into a physical altercation with the Memphis rapper.
The verbal altercation began after JT – born Jatavia Johnson – responded to a commenter under The Shade Room’s repost of her tweet. It appears she responded to Glo’s statement about the status of their relationship.

Within the Instagram report of JT’s tweet it read, “I’ll come back to you for that.” My roommate @sashasleigh inquired, “Does anyone know why Glo slapped her at the awards show?”
The 31-year-old said: “You never slapped me! Never!!!! You never like to find someone else to play with.”
The Rap-Up first reported the alleged altercation in October 2023. It reportedly happened at the MTV Video Music Awards last year.
From there, JT then accused Glo of playing into the false narrative when she was “I released a song about slapping rap b*****.”
GlorRilla responded in a since-deleted tweet, “Shut up, you idiot, and fix the wig you said wasn’t beef, you’re the one with a secret enmity.”
The tweets did not stop there. Both rappers hurled several insults at each other.
Eventually, JT said she would do it “[poke] “holes” In Glo like “The air mattress you were sleeping on.”
Glo threatened to “Appear at one of her Backyard BBQ shows.”
The Memphis rapper then referred to JT as “Inmate 0893” She stated that she did not know if the Miami native wanted it “Be active or forceful” during their quarrel.

Their heated exchange comes after JT’s viral tweet on April 3. She took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to address subliminal shots she noticed from rap girls. She stated, “B****** be sneaky to give up letting them want to be my ass friends and they’re headed up but when I come I know I ain’t gone playin’ with any of you all b****** too late! Hate ass b***** ***.
As previously reported, GloRilla’s latest work, “Ehhthang Ehhthang” was released on Friday, April 5. On “Aite,” the Memphis rapper addresses where her current relationship with JT stands.
She sang, “JT and I are not the best of friends but we are united.”
